The International Shooting Sport Federation has informed Member Federations of changed to the registration process for competitions.

Changes have been announced to the ISSF Championship registration process.

A revision has been made to the ISSF Athlete Declaration

This ensures all athletes acknowledge and comply with the latest broadcasting rights, media interview requirements and other relevant regulations required to participate at ISSF events.

All athletes who would like to participate at future ISSF Championships - including the ISSF World Cup which starts in April 2025 - must sign the updated declaration.

A clear copy of the athlete's passport must also be submitted to ensure the athlete can continue competing in 2025.

There are no additional costs for this if the athlete already holds an ISSF ID number.

Athletes who do not have the required documents submitted within the year of 2025 will have their status switched to "retired". There will be the possibility of re-activating this at a later stage by submitting the required documents.

The new ISSF Athlete Declaration can be found here.

A new ISSF Online Registration System

The new system is designed to be more efficient when registering personnel for these competitions, with improvements to data reliability and connectivity for users.

This has been developed with official Results Provider, Sius.

All relevant data are now consolidated for Member Federations, Organising Committees, the ISSF and Sius, meaning data is more secure against loss.

The ISSF is planning to collect and store data related to athlete equipment details - such as firearms, ammunication and clothing - and information related to coaches.

The equipment control process is set to be integrated into the system too, via the Online Registration System.

You can access the new Online Registration System here.
