ISSF President Luciano Rossi and Asian Shooting Confederation President H.E Sheikh Salman Sabah Al-Salem Al-Homoud Al-Sabah met together at the ISSF World Cup Final, where they discussed ongoing cooperation in the shooting sport world.
With the ISSF World Cup Final taking place in New Delhi, India, it was a perfect place for the heads of their respective organisations to exchange gifts and well wishes heading into the 2025 season.
Earlier this year, Asia hosted the ISSF Final Olympic Qualification Championship in Doha, Qatar.
Education courses have been held in Chinese Taipei and Thailand, with more at the end of the year to be held in United Arab Emirates, Kazakhstan, Malaysia and India.
Also present to meet Sheikh Salman were ISSF Athletes Committee Chair Cassio Rippel and Shri. Kalikesh Narayan Singh Deo, President of the National Rifle Association of India, whose team oversaw a successful ISSF World Cup Final event.
All four were present when Yang Ji-in and Liu Yukun were given their ISSF Athlete of the Year accolades in New Delhi.
