Lucie BRAZDOVA and Jiri PRIVRATSKY from Czech Republic won Gold in 10m Air Rifle Mixed Team. In the Gold Medal match they were opposed by the winners of the last World Cup Jeanette Hegg DUESTAD and Jon-Hermann HEGG from Norway. This time Jeanette and Jon-Hermann won Silver. Gitta BAJOS and Istvan PENI, Alison Marie WEISZ and Olympic champion-2020 William SHANER from USA took third place.
Sandra REITZ and Christian REITZ from Germany took first place in the 10m Air Pistol Mixed Team. Tanyaporn PRUCKSAKORN and Noppadon SUTIVIRUCH from Thailand came second, bringing their team the first medal in Rio de Janeiro. The bronze was won by Camille JEDRZEJEWSKI and Florian FOUQUET from France, Golnoush SEBGHATOLLAHI and Javad FOROUGHI from the Islamic Republic of Iran. For Iranian athletes, this medal also became the first at the ongoing World Cup.
In 10m Air Rifle Team Men, Tokyo 2020 Olympic champion William SHANER, Tokyo 2020 silver medalist Lucas KOZENIESKY and Rylan William KISSELL from the United States of America showed the best result. Their Gold Medal match rivals Petr NYMBURSKY, Jiri PRIVRATSKY and Frantisek SMETANA from the Czech Republic came in second. Bronze went to Henrik LARSEN, Jon-Hermann HEGG and Simon CLAUSSEN from Norway.
German athletes also won the 10m Air Team Women. Anna JANSSEN, Lisa MUELLER and Anita MANGOLD defeated in the gold medal matchJeanette Hegg DUESTAD, Katrine LUND and Jenny STENE from Norway. The bronze was won by Najmeh KHEDMATI, Fatemeh KARAMZADEH and Fatemeh AMINI POZVEH from Islamic Republic of Iran.
In 10m Air Pistol Team Men also defeated Paul FROEHLICH, Robin WALTER and David PROBST from Germany. Second place went to Vahid GOLKHANDAN, Sajad POORHOSSEINI LAFMEJANI and Tokyo 2020 Olympic champion Javad FOROUGHI from Islamic Republic of Iran. Bronze was won by Brazilian athletes. Philipe Chateaubrian NEVES FREITAS SEVERO, Roberto GOMES and Felipe Almeida WU, who won the 2016 Olympic Silver here, brought the first medal to their country.
Golnoush SEBGHATOLLAHI, Haniyeh ROSTAMIYAN and Elham HARIJANI from Islamic Republic of Iran were the best in 10m Air Pistol Team Women. Chidchanok HIRUNPHOEM, Tanyaporn PRUCKSAKORN and Kanyakorn HIRUNPHOEM from Thailand finished second, Andrea Katharina HECKNER, Sandra REITZ and Doreen VENNEKAMP from Germany - third.
