First female athlete wins third medal at the same Olympics in shooting sport

At the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo, Vitalina Batsarashkina won the third out of three medals.

At 25m Pistol Women today, for the first time, a female athlete has won a third consecutive medal at the same Olympics.

The Final was full of shoot-offs, of which there were three. The fate of Gold was also decided by the results of the shoot-off.

Vitalina Batsarashkina from ROC Team won Gold in a stubborn struggle. Minjung Kim from Korea won the Silver Medal. The fate of Bronze was also decided by the results of the shoot-off where more precisely was Jiaruixuan Ciao from the People's Republic of China.

Tomorrow the Games will continue with Finals in Trap Mixed Team and 50m Rifle 3 Positions Women events.
