All three medalists had to battle it out in a shoot-off with three other athletes for a place in the final. Rhode, Crovetto Chadid and Eleftheriou hit 118 targets out of 125 in qualification.
In the final, the winner Kimberly Rhode hit 53 targets out of 60, the silver medalist Francisca Crovetto Chadid hit 52 targets and the bronze medalist Andri Eleftheriou 41 targets.
Olympic Quotas were won by Andri Eleftheriou (CYP) and Aleksandra Jarmolinska (POL).
