Gold medals for Kuwait and China

ISSF Grand Prix Shotgun · Almaty, KAZ

The ISSF Grand Prix Shotgun takes place in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Approximately 100 athletes from 12 countries are taking part in these competitions, which are held in conjunction with the 10th Asian Shotgun Championship.

Cuicui WU from People's Republic of China won Gold in Trap Women and won a second victory since the World Cup in Chagwon, Korea. Silver and first individual Grand Prix medal was won by Shahad ALHAWAL from Kuwait. Xinyi WANG from People's Republic of China took third place.

 

The  Grand Prix’-2022 medalist Naser MEQLAD from Kuwait won in a close fight in Trap Men after a shoot off. The debutant of the ISSF competition, Mattia SARDI from Italy won the Silver.  World Cup winner and medalist Talal ALRASHIDI from Kuwait took third place.
