Today athletes competed for medals in Team and Mixed Team events.
Norwegians Henrik LARSEN, Jon-Hermann HEGG and Ole Martin HALVORSEN won Gold in the Air Rifle Team Men. They confidently defeated their rivals from USA Brandon Kyle MUSKE, Ivan ROE and Timothy SHERRY in the gold medal match. The third place was taken by the Spaniards Jesus OVIEDO, Juan CECILIA and Adrian GONZALEZ BOCERO.
Gold in the Air Rifle Team Women was won by the Italians Barbara GAMBARO, Sofia CECCARELLO and Giulia MAINETTI. The second place was taken by Spaniards Paula GRANDE, Mireia ROSELLO and Ines MARTINON. The bronze was won by athletes from Poland Katarzyna KOMOROWSKA, Aleksandra SZUTKO and Agnieszka NAGAY.
In Air Pistol Team Men Gold went to Morgan Gunnar JOHANSSON, Isac Linus Alex AHLQVIST and Per-Anders LANDER from Sweden. Spaniards Martin FREIJE TORNEIRO, Gustavo ALBA MEDINA Rafael SANCHEZ won Silver, Georgians Levan KADAGIDZE, Kako MOSULISHVILI and Tsotne MACHAVARIANI - Bronze.
Gold in the Air Pistol Team Women was won by Katarzyna KLEPACZ, Natalia KROL and Wioletta PAWLUCZEK. Italy's Brunella ARIA, Sara MANCA and Luisa CEDRONI finished second, while Spain's Sonia FRANQUET, Irlanda Teresa MIRA-PERCEVAL and Maria Mercedes SOTO came third.
Two Spanish teams won medals in the Trap Mixed Team at once. The best result was shown by Francisca MUNOZ DE LEON MORAL and Alvaro GORMAZ, the second place was taken by Mar MOLNE MAGRINA and Adria MARTINEZ TORRES. The bronze went to Ruben LILLERUD and Rachelle WOLFF from Norway.
The next finals of the ISSF Grand Prix Rifle/ Pistol/ Shotgun will take place on Thursday.
