Fabulous victory: Kulish won the Gold Grand Prix in Croatia

The ISSF Grand Prix 10m continues in Osijek, Croatia. Today the athletes competed for medals in three events: 10m Air Pistol Mixed Team, 10m Air Rifle Women and Men.

 

The fantastic finale was in 10m Air Rifle Men. In Gold Medal Match the winner was not known until the last shot. Silver Olympic medalist of Rio-2016 Serhiy KULISH from Ukraine and Istvan PENI from Hungary fought for the Gold. More precisely, the Ukrainian KULISH was in this confrontation. Third place went to Alexander DRYAGIN from the Russian Federation.

 

Among women in this event, the best result was shown by Andrea ARSOVIC from Serbia, who also defeated Tokyo 2020 finalist Oceanne MULLER from France in a bitter struggle. Oceanne won Silver. The bronze was won by the vice-champion of Tokyo-2020 Anastasiia GALASHINA from the Russian Federation.

 

In 10m Air Pistol Mixed Team, Vitalina BATSARASHKINA and Artem CHERNOUSOV from the Russian Federation took a victory. In the Gold medal match, they were more accurate than Brankica ZARIC and Dusko PETROV from Serbia. Bronze medals were won by two Italian teams consisting of Sara COSTANTINO and Paolo MONNA, Maria VARRICCHIO and Federico Nilo MALDINI.
