ISSF Junior World Championship Rifle / Pistol / Shotgun · Lima, PER

For the first time at the Junior World Championship Rifle / Pistol / Shotgun, athletes competed for medals in the 50m Rifle 3 Positions Mixed Team Junior and 25m Rapid Fire Pistol Team Men Junior.

On the penultimate day of competition in Lima, Peru, Team India consolidated its lead in Medal Standing.

In 50m Rifle 3 Positions Mixed Team Junior confidently defeated BRAUN Max and JANSSEN Anna from Germany. Their rivals in the medal match were PODDER Ayushi and TOMAR Aishwary Pratap Singh, who took second place. Bronze medal was won by PRIVRATSKY Jiri and BLAZICKOVA Veronika from Czech Republic.

In 25m Rapid Fire Pistol Team Men Junior athletes from India SINGH Adarsh, SIDHU Vijayveer, ANISH Anish left no chances to athletes from Germany OTTO Fabian, HOLLFOTH Felix Luca, GSOELL Tobias and took first place. German athletes were second. TRINIPHAKORN Schwakon, PHUANGTHONG Wachiravit, KHAMHAENG Ram from Thailand took Bronze medal.

Athletes from India won the Grand Prix medals in Double Trap. CHANDRAWAT Vinay Pratap Singh won among Men Junior. SEHAJPREET SINGH Singh and SHOKEEN Mayank finished in second and third places, respectively.

SONI Manvi became the first among Women Junior. Silver was won by CONTRACTOR Yeshaya Hafiz and Bronze by HITASHA Hitasha.
